Who processes your information
- Anthropic. Reads your request and the designs to research, design, write and review your extension.
- Cloudflare. Hosts this website and your account pages, stores files and delivers email.
- Railway. Hosts our database and the background workers that run your project.
- Stripe. Takes payments and subscriptions. We never see your card details.
- Microsoft Azure. Runs the test systems that build and test your extension, using the CRONUS sample company and never your records.
How long we keep it
- Your project data (requests, designs and documents) is kept for as long as your account exists, plus 12 months.
- Files you attach to a request are deleted 90 days after delivery. Automatic deletion is not switched on yet.
- Backups are kept for 35 days.
